Custom machines and smart booths for events
Tell us what it should serve. Our engineers will work out how to build it.
The first question organisers ask is usually whether we can bring the gym machine. The more interesting conversation starts about a minute later, when they describe what they actually need and it turns out to be something else entirely.
A race village in forty degrees needs cold electrolytes at volume, not lattes. A padel tournament wants something people can carry off court in one hand. A brand activation wants a booth that looks like the brand, not like us. A beach club in August wants something frozen.
All of those are buildable. None of them are what is sitting in a gym right now.
We build to a brief, not from a catalogue
We have product design engineers in house. That is the part that makes this a real offer rather than a sales line. When somebody describes a format we have not built before, it goes to the people who design the machines, and they come back with whether it is possible, what it would take, and how long.
Sometimes the answer is that a standard unit with a custom menu covers it. Sometimes it is a genuinely different machine. Both are fine. What we are not doing is pretending a fixed product fits every brief.
The drink list is not fixed
Protein is where we started. It is not the limit of what a fresh-making machine can do. Formats we are set up to develop include:
- Frozen. Ice cream and gelato, served from a machine rather than a counter.
- Proper tea. Brewed from actual leaves, not a powder that pretends.
- Coffee ground at the order. Beans ground when somebody presses the screen, not that morning.
- Cold and functional. Electrolytes, hydration, and anything else that suits heat and volume.
- Whatever you brief us on. If it can be made fresh in a compact footprint, it is worth asking about.
The point of building the machine ourselves is that the recipe side is ours to change. A menu is a decision, not a constraint.
It arrives self-contained
This is the part that makes events work at all. The machine carries internal tanks and its own connection, so there is no plumbing to arrange and no site water to negotiate. It runs on a standard socket. It takes card and phone, so there is no cash handling and no float. It runs unattended, so it is not a staffing line on your budget.
Under one square metre on castors means it fits where a stand would not, and it moves when the layout changes at the last minute, which it always does.
Wrapped for the occasion
The outside is a design surface. The default for events is a co-branded wrap, so the machine carries the event identity with Yalla present rather than one or the other. Our design team handles the artwork against whatever brand guidelines you are working to.
What we need to quote you
Four things get you a real answer quickly:
- Dates, and how many hours a day it needs to run.
- Expected footfall, and whether it arrives in waves or steadily.
- What you want it to serve, even loosely.
- Where it would stand, and whether there is power near it.
If the format is something we have not built, say so early. Those are the briefs we most want to see, and they are the ones that need the most lead time.
Have something in mind?
Tell us the event and what it should serve. If we can build it we will tell you how, and if we cannot we will tell you that instead.
